Residential Director – L’Arche Tahoma Hope
Do you have experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities? Are you looking for a meaningful leadership role in a progressive non-profit organization? L’Arche Tahoma Hope seeks a Residential Director to ensure provision of quality care in four residential care homes for adults with intellectual disabilities, as well as compliance with all applicable state and local laws and regulations. Guided by the mission of L’Arche, and together with the other four executive leadership team members, the Residential Director helps ensure that our community of homes, Farm & Gardens and Welcome Center enjoys a vibrant community life, and that L’Arche spirituality, values, and traditions are observed. This position also oversees recruitment, orientation, training and retention of residential and Day Program assistants (caregivers) and supervises resident managers.
